    Women won’t accept this. Do the routine, exfoliate, baking soda, vita c, moisturizer, massage, retinol and SUNSCREEN!! wear a hat for the love of Pete and all the Saints above!! Lastly…sleep and lots of days full of laughter! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’•

  3. Great tips! For those that don’t like Frownies try Blumbody or Facial Smoothies brand of face stickers. I prefer them to the Frownies.

  4. Hi Lisa. Hope you and Kent are doing well. I have noticed my 11โ€™s have softened just from daily exfoliation. Gua Sha and roller with a little olive oil at night seem to help also. I need to work on incorporating massage and facial yoga. I was always a little afraid of Botox and now Iโ€™m so glad I never started. Trying to do everything you tell us. I need to try the Frownies. Have a blessed week ๐Ÿ’•

I use your oil at night & do your facial massage routine, followed by gua sha & a quartz roller – it is a very relaxing way to end the day & I think my face definitely looks less puffy & swollen since starting this, decreasing the look of the lines on my forehead ๐Ÿ‘Have a great rest of your weekend!

I hope this finds you well ๐Ÿ˜Š What I found interesting and definitely validates what youโ€™ve been teaching is thisโ€ฆ A dermatologist on YT was explaining why she doesnโ€™t use Botox and her reasoning was simple, there is no long term studies as to what can happen to your muscles. She was concerned with the fact that it is being pushed on young 20 year olds. Overtime, youโ€™ll need even more Botox to maintain the desired results. I canโ€™t imagine what women will look like in 15-20 years! Thank you for all that you do, you are definitely in the right. ๐Ÿงก

  12. You really can’t get rid of eleven lines, and I definitely notice those who have gotten Botox for about 20 years have exaggerated jowls. Angie on Hot and Flashy has been doing Botox a long time and I don’t notice that so much on her, but she’s always been very thin and maybe never had any volume to her cheeks like others. The Frownies woman claims she never had Botox, but she has all of the signs of longer term use. Frownies are irritating…they stretch your skin for a time and even though the adhesive is vegetable doesn’t mean it can’t irritate. Oh well, whatever people want to hear…
